Should you have a complaint or concern regarding your flooring, and prior to making any alteration to the flooring, file your concern or complaint (accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice) with the dealer from whom your flooring was purchased. The dealer will attempt to resolve your concern and will likely contact our representative in the process of resolving your issue. In the unlikely event that you are unable to reach a satisfactory arrangement with the dealer, and if you believe that a Silhouette representative was never made aware of your circumstance, you may contact us and express your concerns by email, phone, or by writing us at:
